      Pros

      N o t h i n g unless you like being mislead into a 21st century version of a door to door salesperson.

      Cons

      You know exactly what you're doing -- these 'companies' are a dime a dozen now (see Loop It NYC). --- Keep having your severely overworked and underpaid employees fabricate reviews on this and other sites. --- Incredibly nice and outgoing CEO, sure. But underneath it all he or she is reaping an unfair amount of reward off the back of young & vulnerable people. It's despicable, despite how nice and outgoing they are. --- All of the shady places are the same DO NOT FALL FOR IT.

      Got to meet amazing people

      I was fired due to the fact I didn't want to cancel a trip that I mentioned during interviews and because I had to take an unscheduled day off due to a death in my family.

      Pros

      good food, good price point, easy to make regulars, decent money if you're good at your job.

      Cons

      1. FB Society is cheap, will take every short cut to avoid having to actually pay their employees or make sure that the conditions inside the building are sustainable for employees or guests. 2. Pay structure isn't great, a bartender is considered an "elevated position" but there is no pay raise that comes with being a bartender. In fact you'll do more work for less money because the servers actually make more money than the bartenders do. 3. Opinions and solutions to problems are not welcomed by management. 4. They play favorites, if you're not liked you'll never be able to move upward.
