    Doesn't Recommend
    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

    Very nice and friendly employees.

    Cons

No work / life balance. High turnover in upper management. Incompetent co-workers, but got the job through friends/relative referral. This leads to favoritism within departments by Directors and Supervisors.

    Advice to Management

Try to balance out the hours, stay with the work schedule you set, and try to stick to them.
