A casual dress code. Friendly environment. You are not customer facing. Occasionally free food, Birthday cake every month. Good Benefits, including vacation and PTO. Good work life balance, the flex schedule provided and work from home if manager likes you, BUT it will come back to haunt you on yearly assessment reviews by managers. Opportunity of growth if upper management likes you by leaking their *** or you have good connection.
Cons
Very unorganized, No communication within company. Managers do listen but do not care to about what their employees have to say. Favoritism at its finest - some employees are treated much better than others. Leaders are not held accountable for any issues, it only come down to low-level employees used as pawns. Managers will turn their back on you for every verbal agreement made, so make sure you have it in writing if you were to work here. If you ask for raise, They may question you for proof of your education after server years of work.
