    I worked at HealthCare Partners of Nevada full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    company does amazing things for their patients. entry level employees and providers have job security.

    Cons

    no support for management. HR is a complete joke fueled by hearsay, rumors, and bullies. Performance is not rewarded, and if you are good at what you do you should watch your back, because the incompetent will begin a bullying campaign that you will not survive professionally

    Advice to Management

    Support performing managers with HR that bases action on verified issues not baseless lies
