Pros

Good company to work for, Great benefits. Supervisors really showed that they cared for your success

Cons

Didnt like hours at the beginning but you had opportunity within a short period to move up. Wasnt much time to take off, if you had plans for future trips they would have to be planned out or expect not to get it off. Was quite a lot of work but it helped to grow

    Pros

Reasonable pay and great medical and dental benefits. You get benefits if you are on a minimum 15 hours per week status. Routine dental procedures are covered for a small monthly fee for part time employees and for free for full time employees (single coverage). Medical coverage is very good, too. I just had a surgery a month ago and all my expenses were covered.

    Cons

Needy and hard to please customers, not very good and user friendly computer system,...

    Advice to Management

To stop putting pressure on front line staff regarding the stuff that they don't really have control on. To try to make the job of front line staff easier.
