    people are very friendly and good at what they do, there is some want to change from a publisher to a digital house. working in publishing is always fun

    Cons

    marketeers that think they know best coming out of grad school/university can override experts in the field - wasting time and money

    Advice to Management

    listen to the experts in the company, not marketing people with a facebook page that makes them a social expert
