Sort the culture out and treat women with respect no matter what job they do - also manage your restructures better. Maybe the Board should take more interest in the staff turnover.

I worked at Heartland Bank full-time

    Pros

    You can drink beer everyday

    Cons

Poor leadership, poor communication from the leadership team and managers in the company. Backstabbing culture. No career pathway planning, no bonuses paid to 90% of staff even if targets are met. Poor culture - staff are always resigning, which makes it difficult for teams to train new staff while keeping the business running. Building is falling apart. Low budget staff events. Low pay brackets.

    Advice to Management

Involve staff in the direction of the business - this will create greater buy-in. Reward employees that deserve it. Help staff develop skills, which will impact positively on business results and retention of staff
