Room for growth opportunities, educational opportunities, free dental (if your doctor will take care of you), community outreaches (Free Dental Day).
Cons
Terrible Management System. Hires new employees for more then what they are paying current employees who have been with the company for a VERY long time (over 6 years). TERRIBLE compensation system (Up to 2% for a raise? Not realistic cost of living standards) while the upper management reaps the benefits of having "lower salaries". "Dr Run Practice" HAHA Dr's don't be fooled. Management still controls everything behind closed doors they just like you to believe your making decisions for "your practice". --DRS LOOKING INTO THIS COMPANY DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND LOOK ELSEWHERE! NUMEROUS DR'S WHO AFFILIATE HAVE ALL COMPLAINED ABOUT THE SAME THING...THEY PROMISE AND PROMISE AND PROMISE WITH NO DELIVERY!"
