Ive been here for 6 years and i can honestly say I love my job. We get paid time off, We have daily incentives to keep us motivated and company benefits. Monthly and weekly bonuses are good. The environment is upbeat and positive. I always have something new to look forward to when I come in each day. Some days the company provides lunch (PIZZA .. MY FAVORITE)

If you're an expert liar/scammer, look no further. Most toxic and shady place you'll ever work. They will find any possible way to cut your pay. Bonus structure and incentives only last long enough until your making too much money. The price of these terrible leads will keep going up, but somehow you will be making less. You will be expected to act like you love the job, even if your miserable. So do yourself a favor, don't be honest. The favoritism is blatant and sickening. But as long as your making them tons of money, the rules won't apply to you. If for a second you think the managers care about you, think again. They will watch you struggle while being fed on a silver platter, making 6 figures. As long as they eat, who cares about the rest of the team. There's more opportunities for growth at Taco Bell compared to here. By any means, apply elsewhere.
