    Pros

Benefits package is truly second to none. The mantra of "We are a team" isn't just a catch phrase, it's how we do it every day. Training for your position starts on day one and continues as you advance in your career. HP pursues new technologies as they arise and we implement them every day. Building today with tomorrow's technology.

    Pros

One of the biggest pros that I have seen personally is Hensel Phelps support of Military members still actively involved in Military service. I have been activated a lot in the past year and Hensel Phelps has gone above and beyond to accommodate me in my military service. Along with that, Hensel Phelps ensures that your career is truly based on you. The tools to succeed are always available to you and the training that you receive here are tier 1 throughout the industry. Lastly, the sense of family is always near. Teams that you put with with always have their rough days but you can always count on your Hensel Phelps family to be there when you need them.

    Cons

The biggest con that I can see is the work life balance. As in any corporate job, you work until the work is complete. This is not necessarily a mandate but it is something that you will take as a point of pride. Time management is crucial in this part of your career as you cannot have too much of one or the other. Balance is key.
