I have been working at Hertz full-time (More than a year)

Pros

It starts with the people I work with. From day one of my employment, everyone I have interacted with has been supportive and positive. My fellow employees truly appear to appreciate hertz and continue to look for ways to improve both their careers and the performance of their locations.

Cons

No real downsides unless you are not willing to be accountable for your own performance. As the company should, it expects each of us to take responsibility for our jobs and our results. This is a challenging environment that might not appeal to everyone.

Advice to Management

Continue to focus on promoting people who are willing to be dedicated to the team and produce great results in a positive manner.

    Stability, fellow employees are great , great discounts ,

    Cons

    Long long long forced hours , not enough staff ,worst company when it comes to paying out monthly commissions, management or corporate doesn't care ,employee's call out everyday and you will never have a life .

    Advice to Management

    Listen to employees when they are reaching out with concerns. Mark (CEO) start paying your employees commissions that they deserve and stop working them to death ....give them a life.

    Get some great experience working for one of the most well-known brands in the car industry.
    Great opportunities to drive projects from inception to completion.
    Work with some awesome people.

    Cons

    Evolving culture, trying to leave some of the legacy mindset behind. Difficult when you have a number of people here for their entire careers.

    Advice to Management

    Too many stops and starts with new initiatives. Take it through to the end to improve accountability. Exciting time at Hertz with a bright future ahead.
