Pros

Great people. Good training opportunities if you go after them. Lots of promotions for people who work hard and are willing to move to where the opportunities are.

Cons

Big company with lots of projects and initiatives going on at the same time. Sometimes it feels disconnected and that there are too many top priorities.

Advice to Management

Stay close to those actually doing the work

    Pros

    Decent pay (Salary + quarterly bonus) , company car, free gas, no car insurance (Covered by company)

    Cons

    LONG hours, poor work life ballance, Lack of training, poor employee moral, lack of fleet to meet business needs, no support from upper management, over all company poor company to work for....

    Advice to Management

    Hire Quality staf, pay attention to your MT's employee moral. They are often times the "face" of the company to your customers. When their "Pulse" is low, or they are burt out... you will send it trend negatively on your customer serivce and over all business.

    Company vehicle, quarterly bonuses, quick career advancement.

    Cons

    Zero work-life balance. Pushed through training quick. Trained by employees rather than managers. 10-12 hrs days almost everyday.
