To work on finding a solution to not coming the day before and telling employees they have to work the next day when their scheduled off.

I worked at Hertz full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Free company car, gas and insurance. Ability to transfer to other locations to work in the country. Gives you business experience at all levels: sales, customer service, administration and management.

    Cons

No continual training and development. No interest in their employees whatsoever. Great job for college grad at entry level but should definitely move on after 2 years.

    Advice to Management

Train your people! Have appreciation for those below you and mentor others so they can get promoted. Stop spoiling your customers with freebies so they stop abusing the system
