    Advice to Management

Consider paying college graduates more than $10.50 an hour. It is insulting to require a degree for this position and then not even pay a living wage. I have been paid more working at grocery stores in high school. It is also ridiculous to require your employees to wear business attire and then have us cleaning out cars in 100 degree weather in the back of an auto body shop. Your only solution to this was to bring multiple changes of clothing to work. As a recent college graduate, how can you expect someone who has been spending much more money than they have been making in order to get an education to possess an entire wardrobe of professional business wear or to invest in one only to drench every shirt in sweat and suck every tie up in a vacuum cleaner?
