    Pros

    Fast mobility, customer satisfaction, ability to bonus

    Cons

    Sales concentrated in order to move up, turnover ratio is way to high, lack of true leaders.

    Advice to Management

    Judge employees for their ability to lead a team and not just their individual sales for future managers. Top salesman do not necessarily make for best managers. Hence the high turn over ratio.
