    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

The people I work with are talented, smart and hard working.
Management is ethical, mostly caring and supportive.
    Working from home is accepted.
There is a young employees group.

    Cons

Lots and lots of work, technical growth is pretty much up to yourself. Not many classes offered.
Pay and bonuses (if any) seem low.

    Advice to Management

Stay hardware focused. Don't git rid of businesses that are making money. Put some incentive behind innovation by paying employees better for their ideas

  2. "Was once a great place to work. Now you have to worry daily if you will be laid off or not."

    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Great technology. Great people. Great capability. At one time I loved working for HP. By the time that I left I did not.

    Cons

Management treating field personnel poorly. Unreasonable income expectations. You become a salesman if you are in a customer facing role. Not enough people in customer facing roles to adequately support customers.

    Advice to Management

Worry less about Wall Street, and more about what once made HP a great company. You have the technology. You have the people.
