Pros

Unbelievable technology, fantastic compensation, seen as delivering the most innovative and effective technology in the industry to 400+ OEMs and the leading corps across numerous verticals; great name recognition; definitely leading the enterprise software space; profitable; continually rolling out new technology; global footprint enable worldwide support.

Cons

Internal processes could be much tighter; need to standardize messaging around procedures; could offer more extensive product training; need more resources to go around that "support" revenue driving initiatives.

Advice to Management

With all the information that continues to come through, you could do a much better job of keeping the large majority in the loop and forming best practices.

    Pros

    NO strict office timings(though few managers insist), NO strict dress code, Work environment is great

    Cons

    Salary sucks and HP does nt pay to existing employees and instead hires new candidates paying much above the existing employees.
    Your career is defined by Manager, if you dont have a good rapport with him/her..he can even say u have nt worked at all since last 1 year and screw up at the end and you will be dumbfolded, since there s no proper system to track ur work and reviews about ur manager is just a formality and on papers

    Advice to Management

    Have a transparent system which can assess the employee in the organisation instead of giving control to Managers. They are not gods to decide a person s capabilitiies. And also mind it there are a lot of inefecient managers as well

    Process are too many and require many files managemetn
    too many old systems and upgrades and migration are taking too long
