Pros

Generous vacation is offered. Allows for a relaxed work-lifestyle given that your work schedule can be flexible. Exposure to other product offerings and possible career changes. Employees with a proactive attitude can thrive here. Good stock options or restricted stock units rewarded. Good bonus plan.

Cons

An ambiguous company structure from an employee career growth perspective. No annual salary increases. Additional compensation based on qualitative milestones. Employee review or assessments are not well structured or non-existent in some cases. Impersonal culture.

Advice to Management

Provide career paths or options for employees. More clarity to the review process for employee performance assessment and its translation to compensation.

    Pros

Great employee community, some senior managers actually do care about their employees, good benefits and a lot of potential for the brand

    Cons

unbelievable inefficiencies enabled by a long profitable run that is coming to an end. A surprising amount of middle and senior management show fundamental ineptitude and short shortsightedness.

    Advice to Management

Quit now, or at least change your role from "harmful" to "useless" and let your engineers do the work. Perhaps that way the company can survive
