Pros

Access to lots of self paced training
Great people

Cons

Staffing an resources are cut to the point of just bareley meeting contract requirements. Management talks a big game about impressing the customer with HP quality and then just bareley provides the services they sold.

Advice to Management

If you want to make more money, invest in providing great services to customers, not cutting costs to the bone.

    Pros

HP is one of the leaders of the market at the segments that it acts. Managers are very well experienced and provide excellent guidance to individual contributors.

    Cons

The company wants to be on average when talking about salaries, benefits and total compensation. This means that the company is losing some talents to the competitors.

    Advice to Management

Brazil is a different scenarium and is on the spot nowadays. Senior management needs to understand this and try to retain talents.
