    Enjoy working with co-workers and direct staff. I like and respect my direct management staff and business unit. Good teamwork and results driven org.

    Poor senior leadership over the past few years. Subpar compensation and too much red tape to get things accomplished.

    the illusion of stability, free printing (within reason) of really cool stuff. Access to leading edge software and tools to work.

    Cons

    Layers of non value added managers, fear of risk taking, lots, and lots and lots of deadwood.

    implement 360 reviews. this top down stuff means that as you play the telephone game of what you need down with the 8 or 9 layers of management we hear something from
