    Pros

    Great culture, working environment, ethics, people, training and career opportunities + growth.

    Cons

    Poor compensation packages. Benefits are mediocre. Salary is not competitive.

    Advice to Management

    There are a lot of great and excellent people who love HP for its culture, and would love to stay, but if you can't invest in these people financially and provide competitive salaries to your key talents, they'll get discouraged and then you have a high risk of losing them to your competitors. Hope you bring back the HP Way.

    Pros

    Some long service senior management still practise the HP Way. They look for and value employee feedback. They also actively meet the customers to be part of sales and delivery process.

    Cons

    Some of the senior management are just there to facilitate the many levels of approvals which is both time consuming and may demoralize those seeking approvals.

    Advice to Management

    Be more aggressive in deciding what business areas to drop so that management can focus on just a few things to do a great job.
