Pros

Did not mico- manage, good teamwork

Cons

Many times did not have the tools or the expertise to get the job done. Many times did not have the products to play in the market place

Advice to Management

Fnd some direction for the company, need to become an industry leader not follower

    Senior Management incompetent, blows billions on acquisitions and stiffs employees

    Fire the board and finance department

    Pros

    Very challenging and a lot of self improvement opportunities

    Cons

    The salary will not be increased upon promotion, had to wait minimum 4-5 months before the salary is revised.

    Advice to Management

    The salary pay band needs to be effective upon promotion because it is not fair for us to have extra loads of work with no extra pay.

    Not sure about other countries but for HP Malaysia, the benefits here is better than other companies which made it hard for me to leave for other companies.
