Approves of CEO

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 3 years)

Pros

By far the best team I've ever worked on. They treat you like an adult and let you do your job.

Cons

No money for raises!!! Seriously? I'm a top performer on my team, in the top 3, and have yet to get a raise in the past 3 years. Its pretty demoralizing not even getting a cost of living increase when you're paying out multimillion dollar packages to your failed and unethical C level executives

Advice to Management

Better start rewarding your top performers or else they will start looking elsewhere, I know I am.

    Pros

Large company with many accounts, and therefore many opportunities.

    Cons

There is no culture at HP anymore. The people I work with are talented, but not loyal to HP.
HP's HR model is to WFR their way to profitability, this is depressing.
Log lots of hours throughout the entire day to cover multiple timezones. 10hrs + is expected.
Continuing education is given lip service, but no skin in the game.

    Advice to Management

Need to change your attitude toward your employees, else anyone with any knowledge of how HP does business will be gone.
