    I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good salary;
    Valuable team member
    Shifting to better and better since Meg Whitman as CEO, after HP had a period of dark years with low profit and performance.

    Cons

    Birocratic;
    Draws lots of energy just to be compliant with internal processes and rule sets
    Strongly hardware driven, less focus on services and direct contracts.

    Advice to Management

    Innovate.
