    Pros

    Interesting work especially for a cs guy who wants to work on large scale data centers
    Good work culture and allows quite flexible work hours

    Slow growth and pay below par in the industry

    The highest levels of management are screwing up some of the best products being built. Wake up and make good us of the talent present

    Pros

    Good, solid company, brand, tradition, good salaries
    |Very valuable people, a lot of insides about the company to help you to have an overall idea about the direction it's heading (globally).
    Good response of the management to employees requests/sugestions.
    Multicultural environment, no discrimination of any kind.

    Cons

    Lately it lost direction, a lot of reorganisation takes place.
    A lot of teams are redoing things over and over, layers of management are added or taken overnight, some teames are becoming idle, valuable people are being missused or not used at all. Meaningful trainings (for your position) aren't taken place at all, etc.

    Advice to Management

    A more transparent policy regarding the job roles, a clearer organisational direction, less turnarrounds
