Approves of CEO

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than 10 years)

Pros

HP is focusing more on its people now.

Cons

Time is very demanding and being a global company we end up working all hours of the day. HP is trying to streamline their systems but still exists today a lot of red tape to cut through in order to get some simple things done.

Advice to Management

Cut down on the redundant time and ticketing systems.

I have been working at Hewlett-Packard full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

HP is quite flexible about allowing one to work from home when needed. Work/life balance is good. 3 weeks vacation offered after a year of employment. Chirstmas shutdow is great if your project permits.

    Cons

Pay is way below market. Advancement opportunities were highlighted upon hiring and not the case. May people hired without assigned projects.

    Advice to Management

Pay is extremely low for people with technical degrees. Pay increases desperately needed!
