Pros

Excellent training, incentives, ethics, salary and benefits

Cons

Changed its core values of management by objective and by walking around. Tried to compete in the wrong market. Started hiring contract instead of full time employees.

Advice to Management

Get back to basics

    The hours of operation were good.

    Cons

    Not enough Professional Etiquette within the center.

    Advice to Management

    Pay your departments properly according to the importance of your clients. Enrollment of Providers is very important to your to Medicaid Contract. Big turnovers is not productive because of salary.
