    No accountability among upper management, no long term commitment to strategic products. Extremely poor planning in product acquisition.

    Lots of opportunity to learn different businesses, customer segments, and to be located anywhere

    Cons

    Large company bureaucracy, ongoing headcount and budget cuts, CEO and sr mgmt turnover

    Advice to Management

    CEO and CMO turnover results in turmoil and is a distraction to employees, customers, and productivity. The Board can really help by being more selective in CEO selection and better managing the CEO and EC compensation pkgs (or exit pkgs), and by negotiating a better/fair price for acquisitions.
