    Doesn't Recommend
    Approves of CEO

    Pros

There are a lot of talented people with excellent skills. It's these people that form the core of technical skills that help keep businesses running.
Léo Apotheker is trying to make HP a good place to work again.

    Cons

Middle Management is not in touch with their people or the work they do. There is no clear understanding on how or what you need to do to be promoted. Goals you set with your manager are a joke, no one even reviews them.

    Advice to Management

This business is dependent on people, people who work with the client everyday and whose Technical skills are critical to keeping the business running. Cheap labor without the technical skills won't impress the client and HP business will ultimately suffer.
