5yThanks for your feedback. We will discuss your points internally and try to our best to improve. Especially the motivation of our teams is extremely important to us. We try the best to measure the current ”pulse” in the team by using Peakon as an anonymous feedback tool and sharing the results publicly. We want to react fast and change the status-quo where needed.
Regarding salaries, we do a salary benchmarking every year to stay competitive in the Berlin market. Every person leaving the company is mentioned transparently in our all-hands meeting. We don’t share any exact reason, because we value each persons' privacy more.
