Pros

- Open Culture
- Flexible management
- Opportunities to work in any area you feel you can contribute
- Flexibility on work location or work from home

Cons

- No clear career path
- Slow growth for people joining after the incubation
- Weekend / after-hour work is a norm
- No proper salary revisions made or planned

Advice to Management

As the company is small and the work is very niche we need to make the salary the main attraction and pay beyond market rate to retain talent to compensate for the risk the employees are taking.

I worked at HighRadius full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Initially the colleagues were very defensive, scared of competition. Eventually most of them quit, got a bunch of new colleagues who ended up as a good team to work with.

    Cons

One of the worst managements ever.
    Poor architects.
No one has a good grip on some of their products.
Too many talented folks have quit due to low pay and poor management.
People quit in one week sometimes.

Some of their products have the worst designs ever. It can be included in "How you shouldn't design a product" chapter in software design curriculum. This is a result of people quitting in the middle of product development, stupid architects and so called product managers.

You'll be happy being jobless than to be part of some teams in here.

Lesson learnt: IIT and IIM tag doesn't guarantee smart people.
