    Pros

    The products offered are excellent.
    The branding is highly isible at the local level.
    The value vs. cost is very positive
    Innovation in education. For some this could be a disadvantage. .

    Cons

    Bad timing to launch a new products.
    Unwillingness to percieve the inherent long sales cycle.
    Top management hurried to market throwing a "Hail Mary" sales effort.
    Innovative products that mean well. However, education does not sit well being innovative. Johnny has gone to school in the same way for nearly a millenium

    Advice to Management

    Educational parnerships are good and dandy, but they do not forge themselves on a napkin.
    Local Collegiate Entities see an inminent threat from HEH's activities. Be mindful of it and taylor a PR action plan.

    I worked at Higher Ed Holdings full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    The sales team was very knowledgeable and very willing to share their experience in educational sales.
    The product we pitched was awesome.
    I felt I was part of a true educational revolution. Online Degrees completed 100% online from State Unversities with longstanding reputation was very new back then.

    Cons

    The company was taking a hit-or-miss approach when it came to what was done for the day-to-day operations and that reflected on our individual productivity.
    Training was for one brand and I went to the field to serve another brand.

    Advice to Management

    Great vision from leadership. Just keep the good guys regardless of the situational outcome.
