I have been working at Highspot full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Highspot is an exceptional place. The culture is always respectful and supportive. Accountabilities are clear and the work is always interesting. The quality of people is off the charts. Everyone is smart and motivated. It also helps that the product is best-in-class. There's nothing like selling, supporting, or marketing a product that you can fully believe in. Having worked at many tech and SaaS companies,...

    Advice to Management

Continue to have complete transparency with the team. Being open and honest is one of my favorite things about Highspot. Continue to scale with excellence, and continue to bring diverse people from all backgrounds to the company. These things will ensure long term success.
