Casual dress code (jeans, tshirts, sneakers)
Private parking lot after someone leaves the company.
Enough downtime to do what you want

Cons

If you don't have space in the parking lot you have to find parking and move your car at least every 4 hours

Advice to Management

management doesn't care how hard a worker you are everyone is expendable. Management needs to work on high turnover rate.

    I have been working at Highway Toll Administration full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    HTA has grown from small beginnings into an established fast moving company. It operates more like a software company than a services company and takes employees comfort and voices to heart. The company's leadership team are accessible and it's on a fast track to revolutionizing the tolling industry in several major areas. It has a very well established remote working policy, open access to it's CEO and leaders and takes steps to keep a start-up feel despite it's growing size. It's office location, close to the Path and Light Rail is a plus and on the social side there are great events throughout the year.

    Cons

    HTA operates in a complex market are and will appeal to those want to be challenged. Getting up to speed with the specifics of the tolling industry takes a little time but the company has improved on-boarding and is making information more accessible internally.

    Advice to Management

    Keep up the on-going initiatives around internal knowledge transfer. It will pay back and should remain a key focus even with competing commitments to customers.

    Pros

    HTA has been growing so quickly that there are always projects to be involved in which gives employees good opportunities to grow. The company is always looking to promote within for those who work hard and are ready for the next step in their career. The company invests in its employees by offering an education assistance program of $3,000 per employee per year and recently provided training with a professional coach. It is great working with such fun and caring people; we have great parties, contests and recognition programs.

    Be ready to work hard and smart if you want to advance in the company.
