    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

Because it is a big firm, it attracts lots of large and well known clients. This makes for potentially exciting jobs and a sense of being involved in important work.

    Cons

Too much of a cookie cutter approach to accounts. Senior managers aren't really involved except from a mostly hours management perspective, leaving the ongoing creative and strategic work to junior employees who aren't in a position of experience to offer genuinely creative leadership. Sometimes the job seems more about putting the least experienced people in the most demanding position possible in order to keeps costs low and profits high. This means that those junior employees aren't learning from more experienced mentors and the client also gets a sub-par level of service.

    Advice to Management

Encourage more creativity, and more senior management involvement.
