    Pros

Knowledgeable staff from corporate on down the list. Generally a very engaging work environment. Friendly people and atmosphere. Solid benefits.

    Cons

A bit demanding. Not much in the wake of promotions or moving to corporate. Sometimes grueling hours. A "no excuses" company.

    Pros

I guess for a restaurant job it's (sub) standard.

    Cons

Worst working experience ever! It was a temporary job that filled in the gaps after graduating from university. However, I will never work at a restaurant again thanks to Hillstone. This is my choice. I've moved on to bigger and better things thankfully. Given my bad experience as an employee, I will not eat there either. There are better restaurants to eat at.

    Advice to Management

Grow up, be professional. Learn to treat your employees with respect. And realize, when you see them dropping like flies, its because they are unhappy.
