I worked at Hilton full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

I had two best bosses ever. Job was easy. No pressure at all.

    Cons

Minimum holidays because of the nature of the hospitality business. Not much room for advancement.

    Advice to Management

    Be a good boss.

I worked at Hilton part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Only the benefits and the paid time off. Also the free food for lunch on a daily basis. Other than that, there is nothing good about this place.

    Cons

Bad management, bad human resources that did nothing to solve problems, bad behavior from chef in kitchen, no opportunity for advancing your position, under-appreciation, underpaid for back breaking labor, messy employees who make each other's jobs difficult.

    Advice to Management

Stop being united against employees. Human resources, when an employee comes to you and complains do something other than shake your heads and roll your eyes.
