Great team environment, and very welcoming. Intelligent individuals and leadership with a common goal.
Cons
They don't consider internal employees or higher education when promoting, or gauging salaries. Managers typically are selected based on their ability to get an employee to do work outside their job description, but without a promotion or salary increase. Quick to blame, and need to improve on having empathy for employees.
