    Pros of working at Hippo Safaris include little supervision and ability to make decisions without management interference. You will be given ample time to further your studies which is less synonymous in hospitality industry

    Cons

    One of the challenges we face include delays in incorporating changes in technology into running affairs of the resort thus giving a competitive edge to our competitors

    Incorporate chain of command to increase faster decision making roles and at the same time embrace new trends in the market
