      You get the support you need when in training and have people who are willing to help you grow and achieve more than what you thought you could.

      Cons

      The commuting and the state exams but once you are done with the exams you only worry about the commuting.

      Pros

      Created a huge family with my team members and bosses. Creating a fun and family environment and very welcoming

      not too many cons, only thing i can think of is to have more offsite events :)
