      Pros

      Great, committed employees who love people and truly care about making a difference . Great benefits. Love management of my department, awesome growth opportunity when you are clear about a desire to climb!

      Cons

      Can be high stress, low pay, money earned by front end staff is not paid to front end staff only small bonuses even after increasing our collections massivley.

          Decent pay, nice facilities, job opportunities for growth

          Cons

          Pay not always competitive, always playing catch up to other hospitals rates. Movement between departments to get ahead.

        Thoughts on feedback you’ve gotten during the interview process? I know feedback is rare to get but of the few times you’ve gotten it, do you agree or disagree with it? Does specific feedback make if feel better or worse than general ‘not selected’? I’m pretty open to feedback . gotten feedback I understand (not senior enough, no enough hands on experience) and others I dislike/disagreed with , decided I was better off without the company since we didn’t align
