    Pros

Most of the pros are now a moot point.

    Cons

Hodges University has done it again. They fired, downsized ANOTHER group of employees. One of the employees let go was in upper administration and had worked there more than 20 years. Most of the others worked there more than 10 years. Can you say lawsuits? Yes. As if that isn't bad enough, the Naples campus is down to a four day work week of four 10 hour days; no Fridays or Saturdays. Is that fair to students who need service? No! Enrollments are way down, retention of students is pathetic. Most of the employees left are looking for other employment. The people in top administration are a joke, and the new president (ANOTHER new president) does not know what he has inherited and what he's in for. Students have heard what is going on and are leaving in droves. Potential new students...stay away. As a current employee who is actively looking for for another job, my advice to the rest of employees, polish your resumes and run, don't walk, away.

    Advice to Management

Get ready to close your doors. The upper administration that has been hired within the last 6 years, and one old timer from yesteryear, is responsible for all of this. The Hodges namesake(s) are being left in the dark. What a pity.
