Positive Outlook

I have been working at Holiday Inn Express full-time (More than a year)

Pros

Management and a great hotel brand

Cons

When other employees don't do the job right

Advice to Management

Give incentives to your employees. When I first started we would receive a $1 from corporate for every member sign-up. Now corporate has taken that away, but still requires the sign-ups as well as, required us to retrieve more information from guests.

I worked at Holiday Inn Express part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

team work, reasonable hours, always has supplies that are needed to do the job.

    Cons

pay per room, can be good and bad depends on the day.

    Advice to Management

I would give incentives to the trainers because they are the ones who are teaching your new employees what needs to be done and should get paid accordingly and not docket time and pay in order to get the training time needed.
