    I worked at Hollister Co. part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Relax and easy (if it's week day)
    -employee discount (not the 20% off that one) But, sometimes you get things like, you can buy whatever you want in the cheapest price (the on-sale stuffs that are at the back room not in the store).
    -they hire everyone
    -good looking people everywhere in the store
    -fun place to work
    -really nice employees (they're all good looking + nice)
    -easy to make friends
    -high tech

    Cons

    -busy as hell (when is holidays)
    -most of the managers don't know what they're doing, AND they are mean
    -LOW pay (9.75 minimum at AB)
    -loud music, dark (ridiculous hard to find things for customers)
    -managers ask you to work extra hours (really frequently)
    -call-in shift that you will never get (but you still have to call)
    -***NO EXTRA PAY during boxing day (which sucked because I worked more than 8hrs that day)

    Advice to Management

    Hire people who has experiences in retails, people who has the degree DOES NOT mean they know how to manage store. They mess things up. AND no one can judge about it.

    I have been working at Hollister Co. part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    -Attractive girls
    -Nice people
    -Easy job
    other than that none!!!

    Cons

    -No hours
    -All you get are these so called "call-in" shifts which 100% of the time they do not need you.
    -Lousy Discount
    -I had to get searched at a store that I did not work at
    -Company is racist hires only based on looks.
    -Rude and unprofessional managers that do not care and are not willing to help
    -Shifts can get cut on short notice.
    -My location has over 200 associates

    Advice to Management

    WHY THE HELL ARE YOU HIRING PEOPLE IF YOU DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY HOURS. Focus more on training your current employees rather than hiring people all the time. Also, get rid of these stupid discount policies.
