    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook

I worked at Holy Names University as an intern (More than a year)

    Pros

Friendly, competent staff who have developed sincere rapport with the student population. A campus that is a blank canvas of programming opportunities.

    Cons

Lack of interaction between faculty and student life. Too many students seem to drift through the campus; school needs to be more proactive to responding to needs of current and incoming classes.

    Advice to Management

Refine school identity to differentiate HNU from other Bay Area and Catholic schools. Focus on finding students who will engage and benefit from immersion in this identity.
