      Great teamwork, helpful management, and great people to work with.

      Cons

      Pay- horrible pay compared to surrounding hospitals. Understandably, we lose some great staff due to higher pay elsewhere.

      Flexibility, clinic hours, holidays off

      Cons

      Also flexibility. Too many call offs. Understaffed in the worst way. Pay isn’t good.
