    Pros

Great pay, evening work so can still have your day to yourself. Relaxd working environment and if you are great at selling then this is a good job for you.

    Cons

The walking around and rejection!! Especially in bad weather conditions.

I have been working at Home Fundraising full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Good basic salary, £8/hour
Bonus structure good for able persuaders(£30 per sign-up past the 7th in a 5 day week)

    Cons

Travel to different location everyday, travel costs are extravagant, and you aren't compensated, which makes the salary moot.

Not paid for training, either pre-employement nor while employed there, they do not tell you this.

£40 equipment charge per campaign, campaigns can last just a few weeks so a large chunk of your salary goes towards things needed to do the job you are doing for them.

Oh and knocking people's doors asking for donations is not in itself ethical at all.
