Pros

The others that I work with became some of my best friends. They are fairly flexible when it comes to time off. You are able to transfer to other stores if needed. Christmas season you get a lot of hours, and it gets fun. There are times when we get 20% instead of 10%. We can use our discounts at TJ MAXX and Marshalls as well.

Cons

The scheduling system sometimes makes the weirdest schedules. Because some of the employees go to school, they are not able to move up in the company, even though they have enough time to do so. Not enough hours are given because they keep hiring more people.

Pros

The people and the company respects diversity.

Cons

After working there after a year, the no fault hours doesn't kick in, if your hired date falls after December. Working with lazy employees and bonus are not fairly distributed, depending on which shirt you work on.

Pros

it is a job if you desperately need one

Cons

management does not keep promises (e.g. I was promised $2 higher pay upon accepting the position and later was told it wasn't feasible anymore once starting. I was also promised a specific day off then last minute had it revoked because they decided to make it a mandatory day). management does not listen to or care about its employees, very unprofessional. store managers don't want to do anything to help, they just sit in the office. management let other employees slack off and do nothing and expected others to compensate for their lack of effort general manager was horribly rude and misogynistic. he threw a box at someone while visiting.
