Pros
Great benefits, good salary, very stable job security. Upper management such as President and Vice President levels are actually very good at their jobs and very motivating. Overall the best company I have ever worked for. Honda is one of the few companies that truly care about their associates (employees), at least at the Lincoln AL plant.
Cons
Some managers (mid level) promoted to make a "quota" and not base on experience or knowledge. They also are more interested in how upper management perceives them and less worried about motivating the associates that report to them.
