    Pros

The office is located in a nice area, and it's a casual, friendly and safe workplace, The company is very stable, but it is a large company, so bureaucracy should be expected.

    Cons

No showers for the workout room, minimal cafeteria, bland atmosphere (yet another cubical farm). Health benefits are getting much worse every year.

    Advice to Management

Spending more on amenities could save on costs of re-hiring new people.

I have been working at Honeywell full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Security of a Fortune 100 company.
Can gain lots of experience and training due to the large size and vast resources
Lot's of opportunity to move between the many businesses

    Cons

    Weak executive and senior leadership
The business is a slave to quarterly stock market performance - causes the uses of very short-sighted tactics versus long-term strategies.

    Advice to Management

Work to be inspirational leaders of people instead of self-focused managers of a P&L.
